This script enables Rusted Moss's debugger. Open the data.win file with Undertale Mod Tool, the use Scripts -> Run other Script and run RM_Debugger.csx.

Running this script does not turn on the debugger. You need to install my debug mod debugger.md (it's in the repo) to make the debugger appear.
