Fixes

• A setup's open task stays open when the window narrows. On a wide window the newest task opens beside the list by itself. Narrowing the window to a tablet's or a phone's width switched the page to the list, though the address still named the task. The same happened to a task opened from its link after visiting Settings. The task now stays shown with its header and back button. A page opened on a phone still starts on the list. (#586, thanks @cig13zs)
• codex's own warnings are no longer listed as tool calls. With codex in exec mode (HARNESS_CODEX_APPSERVER=0), a warning from codex itself, such as "Model metadata for openai/gpt-6.1-sol not found", appeared in a task's tool calls as a call named error. It now goes to the runner log. The default app-server mode was not affected. (#584, thanks @Jahanzeb-git)

Checked on the test VM:

• codex in exec mode and in app-server mode, gpt-6.1-sol: each task lists only the model's own calls;
• a setup's page at 1440, 1024, 768 and 390 px: the newest task, a linked task after Settings, a picked task, and a page opened on a phone.
