fast-agent can use MCP servers whose address doesn't end in /mcp

fast-agent rewrites the address of an MCP server on its own: when the path doesn't end in /mcp, it adds /mcp. A server at /v1/mcp/plugs therefore got requests at /v1/mcp/plugs/mcp, answered "Not Found", and the turn failed at startup with "Core not initialized". The browser plugin is served at an address like that, so fast-agent could not use the browser on a hosted gateway, nor any server a person adds at a path such as /api/tools.

The runner now connects fast-agent to those servers itself, at the address as given. A server whose address ends in /mcp or /sse still goes through fast-agent's own client. (0.37.0 had read this as fast-agent refusing local addresses; the hosted service's browser check showed the path was the cause.)

docker-agent no longer runs part of the officecli skill as a command

docker-agent runs !`…` in a skill's text as a shell command when it reads the skill, like Claude Code does. One line of the built-in officecli skill contained that sequence, so each time docker-agent read the skill, part of its text ran as a command, failed, and left an error message in the skill the model was reading. The line is reworded in the skills repository, and this image carries the new text.

The measurements are in the support matrix notes.
