Third release
Parsing NODE files for norms:
- SP norms
- GP norms
- FP norms (SP and GP)
- mixed norms (eg SP+GP, GP+FP,...)
Produce PNG graphics in a local directory and an HTML file that displays these graphics.
Some options (see help of norms.sh):
- disabling norms: use '-noxxx' options (eg '-not1', '-noadiab',...) to disable some groups of norms
- level: use '-lev' option to select norms for a given level (only when NSPPR=1 in node)
- multi-file: display (standard) norms for multiple input node files
- other options to discover in help
New tool normdiff.sh helps much comparing 2 NODE files (from 2 experiments, or 2 runs).
Print result of difference of norms in terms of different digits.
Many options (see help of normdiff.sh):
- disabling norms comparison: use various '-noxxx' options (eg '-nosp', '-nogp',...) to disable some groups of norms
- ave/min/max: use '-mnx' option to print min and max for GP norms in addition to average
- zapsmall: use '-ftz' option (ie "flush to zero") to avoid non-representative comparison (GP norms only)
- some other options to see
Other tools:
Tools runtime.sh and runtimes.sh create graphical view of runtime information from NODE files:
- runtime.sh: produce graphical view of runtime info from 1 NODE file (eg: step-by-step runtime, gradients, Jo, Ritz values,...)
- runtimes.sh: produce time-series of norms (SP/GP/FP), total runtime, gradients, Jo,...) from multiple NODE files
