b2ae9be

Packages the durable authority CLI and MCP authority support at version 0.2.0. Authority state remains operator-scoped, with no exposed effectors by default. Includes explicit source packaging boundaries that exclude local virtual environments and test state.

Validation: 458 Python tests, five browser-module tests, artifact checks, hosted CI, clean source build, and fresh installed wheel CLI/MCP checks using synthetic private state. No real grant actuation or external execution is claimed. No PyPI publication is claimed.

Install: download the wheel and SHA256SUMS.txt, verify its SHA-256, then install the wheel with pip. The optional server extra supplies MCP dependencies; accountable-surface-authority --help describes the CLI.

Accountable Surface 0.1.0 is the first GitHub release of the public action-review toolkit. It checks a declared grant, applies a supported action, and records observations and verification outcomes.

Use the repository's documented source setup. Some capabilities require sibling source packages; this release is not a self-contained PyPI installation. The attached wheel and source archive are provided with checksums for that documented setup.

Source: 9ebc451. Its source tree matches the reviewed package source at f052ab1.

Validation: 375 Python tests and five Node tests passed. Package checks and an isolated wheel installation exercised a local filesystem action with sibling source dependencies. Windows UI Automation was tested with a fake driver; real native-application acceptance remains unverified. A recorded action or passing declared check does not prove that its policy is sufficient for every use.
