Engine Revival 0.1.0 establishes the public preservation and evidence workspace for legacy engine revival.

Included:

  • structured targets, accessions, readiness, and reproduction records
  • deterministic reporting, validation, and public-boundary audits
  • a portable local 12-target BRender materializer recipe
  • an explicitly separate import of the verified BRender Archival v0.1.1 21-target release boundary
  • provenance-tracked progress media, sanitized receipts, limitations, and asset-level license treatment

Boundaries:

  • generic Retro Engine output is not BRender evidence
  • the experimental textured TIA path remains incomplete because current output is black and blocked by a measured vertex-layout/state mismatch
  • this release does not claim modern production readiness, complete textured rendering, or upstream endorsement

Verification:

  • 116 tests pass in a fresh Windows checkout
  • validation and public-boundary audit pass
  • deterministic regeneration and reporting leave the tree clean
