Usage
# Export to JSON
clawbox export backup.json
# Export to ENV format
clawbox export secrets.env --format env
# Import with skip existing

Formats Supported
- JSON: Full metadata (path, value, access, tags, note)
- ENV: KEY=VALUE format for shell scripts
