Global config — Default data directory is now ~/.relay/ (user home) instead of ./.relay/ (cwd). Config works from any directory when running relay in production.
--dev flag — Pass --dev to use ./.relay/ in the current directory for local development. npm run dev and the ./run script pass this automatically.
Docs updated — README, CLAUDE.md updated with new paths. Removed references to deleted files (reply.ts, timeout.ts, progress.ts) and --streaming-enabled flag.
