Verification: 360 core tests run (358 passed, 2 skipped), 5 NewsNerd fixture tests, clean wheel install, desktop/phone browser review and editor checks, separate-process Nerd launch. Setup execution tested with mocks, not real Windows/macOS/Linux installer completion. No paid model/API calls or cloud deployment. Imported Python is not sandboxed: review before allowing it. Cloud deploy UI remains a separate next update.
