🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Node.js >= 18
• Docker & Docker Compose
• Python >= 3.10
• Go >= 1.20

Setup

# Clone and install
git clone <repo-url>
cd medchain

# Install backend dependencies
cd backend && npm install

# Install frontend dependencies
cd ../frontend && npm install

# Install AI dependencies
cd ../ai && pip install -r requirements.txt

# Start infrastructure (Fabric network, IPFS, Postgres)
docker-compose up -d

# Run backend
cd backend && npm run dev

# Run frontend
cd frontend && npm run dev

# Run AI service
cd ai && uvicorn src.api.app:app --reload
