A Claude Code skill that branches the current conversation into a fresh agent session (Claude or Codex) in a new Warp tab, seeded with a handoff prompt composed from the conversation. Identical to the sibling pane skill but opens new Warp tabs (same window) instead of split panes — good when each agent should have full width but you want to stay in one window.
This skill is a thin wrapper: the full instructions and the launch script live in the sibling pane skill, so install both:
npx skills add HartreeWorks/skill--pane
