First release of the Redfin MCP server.
Two read-only tools over HasData's hosted endpoint: search for-sale, for-rent and sold listings with the filter set Redfin shows a visitor, and read one property page in full with its specification block, assigned schools and listing agent.

Known upstream issue documented in the README: soldWithinOption is not translated into a filter Redfin accepts, so passing it returns active listings stamped SOLD. Use type: sold on its own until that is fixed.
The npm and PyPI packages for this version were published by hand, so this tag intentionally does not trigger the publish workflow.
