The panel behaves, and the notch follows what you turned to last.

The opening window can now be refused — that quits and removes the
settings file, so a Mac that said no is left as it was found. A Mac with
no battery no longer shows one. Covers are a separate switch per service.
Two resets added. Settings pages moved to a strip across the top.
