Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It'd be great if tdarr supported Rockchip RKMPP Hardware Acceleration.
The Rockchip RK3558 SoC e.g. has an ARM Mali-G610 GPU compatible with OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.2, OpenCL 2.2 and Vulkan 1.2.

I think it would be sufficient to use a ffmpeg version compiled with RKMPP support

RK3588S does too. Would love to see it supported. Sample command:

ffmpeg -hwaccel rkmpp -c:v h264_rkmpp -i input.h264 \
       -c:v hevc_rkmpp -rc_mode 0 -qp_min 20 -qp_max 40 -profile main -tier high -level 4.1 \
       output.mkv
