Like r20, r19 had the preconfigured clang binaries/scripts, however, it still required explicitly passing
-stdlib=libc++. See: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/ndk/+/refs/tags/ndk-r19/docs/BuildSystemMaintainers.md#required-android-specific-arguments
