Download the DynamicAudio.dll and tinnitus.mp3 if you already have BepInEx installed > Put it inside the Plugins folder
Download the DynamicAudio.rar if you DON'T have BepInEx installed > Extract this file into the Ravenfield's game folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ravenfield
