We are proud to make the first release of Francis, a friendly user interface to make the image analysis pipeline easier to create.

In this release, data in nifti format can be loaded into Francis, and some basic processing can be done as a threshold, add images, and erosion.
Everything can be done through the workspace user interface, with a nearly real-time display of your analysis pipeline steps!
