$bulk-member-match needs it on the Aidbox instance Interop talks to. Added to the quickstart compose (page + asset) and the deploy values.yaml example. Also fixes the stale Consent paragraph in bulk-member-match.md: the row is deleted, not flipped to status = inactive (the HRex Consent profile fixes status = active, so a status flip would 422).
