BlockFlow is now published on npm as @hearmeman24/blockflow.\n\nInstall and run:\n\nbash\nnpx @hearmeman24/blockflow\n\n\nHighlights:\n\n- Packaged BlockFlow as a single npm launcher with a prebuilt Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend.\n- Bundled ComfyGen as a managed Python sidecar installed into BlockFlow's runtime venv.\n- Added tag-only trusted npm publishing through GitHub Actions.\n- Added cross-platform npx smoke coverage for macOS, Linux, and Windows.\n- Added Windows uv bootstrap fallback using the direct uv release archive.\n\nThe npm package is available at https://www.npmjs.com/package/@hearmeman24/blockflow
