Windows 11 patch release
- Fixes Windows background theme recovery after a Codex update: a harmless stale native-process race no longer opens the relaunch circuit breaker, so the replacement Codex process can receive the selected theme.
- Theme-center success and information notices now dismiss automatically; queued controller work uses a neutral pending state instead of a persistent yellow notice.
- Restart verification completed: the selected theme restored and remained active.
Requires Node.js 22+. Microsoft Store/MSIX behaviour still depends on whether the local CDP port is available.
