ForgeChat Desktop v3.12.0

Two user-reported bugs fixed:

• UserPanel (bottom-left avatar/name/status bar): the username and status
were invisible at the default sidebar width -- the row of action buttons
alone needed more space than was available, squeezing the name to 0px
wide. Fixed by tightening button padding and widening the default/min
  sidebar bounds.
• Screen sharing errors (e.g. sharing the entire screen with system audio)
were silently swallowed. Now surfaced as a toast so a real failure is
  diagnosable instead of invisible.

Linux (.deb / AppImage) builds are attached to this release on the
download page: https://forgechat.heiphaistos.org (no separate GitHub
release asset for those -- built natively, distributed from the site).
