v0.14.1: Serply search, additive JSON imports, and docs that match the product

Serply: Google web, news and Scholar search

A new Serply connector (#765, thanks @googio): Google web search, Google News and Google Scholar through the Serply API, three read-only tools with API-key auth. News uses the same endpoint as web search with Google's news vertical, so results keep one shape. Connectors: 263 → 264.

Fixes

• JSON and cURL imports no longer retire other tools (#764). Importing a single tool as JSON or cURL was treated as a full spec and disabled every other tool of the connector, catalog tools included. These imports now add or update the tools they carry and leave the rest alone; an existing tool is matched by name, so a static tool is updated on re-import.
• Docs: claude mcp add examples (#755, thanks @readyagentsdev). The URL is a positional argument; the --url flag in the examples does not exist.
• Docs: MCP API keys go in X-API-Key (#767). Several guides sent the key as a bearer token, which the MCP endpoint rejects. The claude.ai and ChatGPT steps now describe the OAuth sign-in instead of a token field.

Housekeeping

• The README banner is rendered from the catalog on every change (#766) instead of being a committed image, so the connector count on it can no longer go stale.
