ChatGPT connections

Connections from ChatGPT to the shared /mcp endpoint now get four more tools on top of the eight shared ones: anythingmcp_run_read_steps (several read-only tools in one call, one result per step), anythingmcp_find_connectors, anythingmcp_add_connector and anythingmcp_connection_status (adding a connector from the chat; keys are entered on a one-time page, never in the conversation). Every tool in that set states its read-only, destructive and open-world hints explicitly. The set is chosen by the OAuth client's registered redirect URI; Claude and every other client keep the eight tools exactly as before (#844).

MCP Registry

The registry entry now lists the hosted endpoint (https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp, streamable HTTP), a title and an icon, so clients that read the registry, such as VS Code and the GitHub MCP registry, can add the cloud server directly (#880).

Dependencies

Routine updates merged since 0.18.0, among them @modelcontextprotocol/server 2.2.0 and @rekog/mcp-nest-auth 2.0.7.

Self-hosted

No migrations. The Docker image for 0.18.1 is published separately once the dependency updates have been boot-tested; until then helpcodeai/anythingmcp:v0.18.0 stays current.
