Plan prices in the visitor's currency (#1116). Stripe Checkout already charges visitors outside the euro area in their own currency, and only buyers in the EU pay VAT. The plan picker on the card-trial page and on the licence wall now shows what the visitor will roughly pay, for example ≈ $22.15/month, with the exact euro price (19 €/month exactly) under it. Outside the EU it no longer says "VAT included". Visitors in the euro area and self-hosted instances see euros as before.
