🚀 Background Bash Commands

Run long-lived processes (dev servers, file watchers, etc.) without blocking the REPL:

bash: { "command": "npm run dev", "run_in_background": true }
→ Returns job_id immediately
bash_result: { "job_id": "abc123" }  → Fetch output when ready
bash_stop: { "job_id": "abc123" }    → Stop the background command

🆓 OpenRouter as Default Provider

New installations now default to OpenRouter with the free model nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b:free — no API key cost to get started.
