HenkerDPI 2.8.0 — macOS

macOS 11+ on Apple Silicon and Intel, as a real build rather than an experiment.
It is not the Windows engine recompiled: macOS has no WinDivert and its pf has
no divert-to, so the Mac runs a desync proxy on 127.0.0.1 and reshapes each TLS
handshake as it forwards it. Nothing leaves the machine either way.
