v3.16.1 — AI Chat settings card layout hotfix

A small CSS-only patch on top of v3.16.0. The AI Chat settings page (a single short form) was resolving to ~1700 px tall because wp-admin/css/common.css's form { display:flex; flex-direction:column } rule combined with our shell's min-height: calc(100vh - 32px) was stretching the inline form past its content. The wrap, the form, and .form-table now reset to height: auto / min-height: 0 / display: block under .elementor-mcp-admin so the controls sit high again on any EMCP admin page; non-admin pages are unaffected (selectors are scoped).

• assets/css/admin.css — pull-the-card-flush on .elementor-mcp-ai-chat, belt-and-braces reset on form and .form-table under .elementor-mcp-admin.
• emcp-tools.php / readme.txt / CHANGELOG.md — version bump to 3.16.1.
