Add a list of official Proton versions as released by Valve to the Wine Manager

Problem description

Heroic Games Launcher's Wine Manager does not have the Proton versions as released by Valve. They should be available so users can easily get official Proton versions and Heroic don't have to rely on GE-Proton or Wine-GE. GE-Proton could stop being maintained at any time.

Proton is meant to be used with Steam, we don't want to encourage using it outside because it can create problems.

Heroic should show proton versions installed by steam though (if you enable the feature in settings > advanced)

I'm closing this, since we do not plan to add Valve's Proton to the wine manager.

It should probably be possible to add support for Steam's Proton with minimal issues.

but we already support steam's proton, it has to be enabled in the settings > advanced

what we don't plan to do is downloading steam's proton because we don't want to encourage people to use it, we have had many issues caused by that in the past (and that's also why we have the support behind a setting in Advanced)
