Fixes:

Re-allow playing fifths without cooldown - sneaking plays chords in reverse.
Fix buff duration numbers - most buffs should be roughly 10s now.
Modified a few chord progressions to select for better buffs - major spirits now have 1+546 progressions so that aug chords aren't unused.
