Fixed Bug #109

The boolean accept_subs was not getting set properly. Part of this had to do with the active setting not getting propagated to accept_subs and part of it was that the logic to test if genres had been mapped was commented out pending a deeper review of no longer needed vars.

Result was that once Accepting Subs was turned on it could not be turned off.

Upping release version to 3.1.1
