Update RIFE model to 2.2
Hold FPS value in RAM when using account for duplicate frames in FPS calculation (Reduces GUI freezes when changing settings)
Add button to auto-update the RIFE model
Add Ability to save GUI settings between restarts
Add ability to create, save, load and delete custom presets
Fix auto-encode causing timing/video sync issues when interpolation factor is large (~1024x and above)
