🎯 Ecosystem Audit Fixes

All 5 release blockers from the independent ecosystem audit are fixed.

Fixed

  • ECO-001: Duplicate skill frontmatter — fixed with stripLeadingFrontmatter()
  • ECO-004: cwd emission/validation gap — normalizeMcpCwd() in core
  • ECO-007: create --dry-run support added
  • ECO-008: Missing config crash — clean error handling
  • ECO-012: Claude/Cursor MCP migration — explicit type mapping

Additional Fixes

  • Codex adapter silently drops MCP args
  • Adapter frontmatter parsers lose body after --- HR
  • Config path emits absolute cwd
  • migrate --force shadowed by global flag
  • create --config swallowed migration warnings
  • Windows CI test path issues

Collection Dogfood

  • ✅ 13/13 plugins regenerated and pass Doctor 0.0.3 validation
  • ✅ 50/50 SKILL.md files have exactly 1 frontmatter block
  • ✅ v0.0.9 fixed 5 latent YAML bugs in postgresql skills

Tests

  • 129 tests passing
  • All quality gates green (lint, typecheck, build)
