• Added set_external_device_identifier to UpdateDevice to set the external identifier for a device or gateway that has no external identifier.
  • Only allowed when a single device or gateway is selected that does not already have an external identifier.

ModemService

• Added device_type to CreateModem to set the DeviceType.
