NPCS v2.0 PRERELEASE!

The second pre release to my NPCS plugin, I've been slacking on the documentation as I HATE typing and do not want to use ai slop documentation anymore. This pre release is mainly for allowing NPCS to be created with different EntityTypes (skins ofcourse only work with mannequins), command/message ids, and better Citizens migration (full migration now supported)

Keep in mind this only works with Paper and its forks (doesn't work with spigot) 1.21.9-26.2 as this is a paper plugin using Mannequin API added in 1.21.9

NPCS v1.0 PRERELEASE!

The first pre release of my NPCS plugin - supports Paper (only Paper and its forks NOT SPIGOT) versions 1.21.9-26.2.
