First public release of the standalone Clarify Host plugin.

Highlights:

  • public clarify/start, clarify/answer, clarify/cancel, and clarify/fetchDraft Remote contract
  • TTL-bound off-transcript process state with strict stale, cancel, option-cardinality, and draft invariants
  • deterministic T1-T3 implementation with capability probes and safe degradation
  • verified with official dsh 0.1.0-rc.6, 0.1.0-rc.7, and 0.1.0-rc.8

Current boundary:

  • T0 context-revision and Harness usage/limits/cancel channels remain unavailable on the tested hosts, so T4+ true inference is intentionally blocked rather than simulated
  • no npm publication
