Remembra v5.0.3

Reliability and recovery hardening for the V5 line.

Highlights

  • Deterministic startup validation and explicit Healthy/Degraded/Recovering/Failed/ReadOnly health states.
  • Durable, atomically replaced recovery state with remembra recover read-only and remembra recover verify.
  • Snapshot semantic validation, SQLite restore journaling/reconciliation, atomic SQLite batch imports, and durable file-import rollback journals.
  • Permanent recovery coverage for restart, corruption, symlinks, SIGKILL, permission, disk, I/O, and SQLite-full failures.
  • V4.9/V5 compatibility preserved; V5.1 and V6 remain deferred.
