* Remove TextGateway contract in favor of StepTextGateway * Emit ToolCall stream events from FakeTextGateway Faked tool calls now yield a ToolCall stream event while streaming, matching real provider behavior. Adds coverage for the empty-string streaming guard and the streamed tool-call event ordering. * Remove textGateway from the TextProvider contract
