3.8.0 - Effect presets place an area at an exact size

The shape flyout offers Line and Ring in Effects mode
Rectangle, Circle, Cone, Line and Ring list preset sizes in feet above the toolbar
A click places the picked size at the pointer, and a drag aims a cone or a line
The mouse wheel steps through the sizes and wraps around, Ctrl+wheel zooms
The grid sets a preset's size at the moment it is placed
The shape flyout takes the toolbar's colours
