Historia SingleFile Extension for Historia Local Web Application

This is the first version of the SingleFile extension that interfaces with the Historia Local Web Application. This is required to use the archive mechanism.

Until we get into the different browser extension stores, you can manually install this extension by downloading the zip file. Please see https://github.com/HistoriaOffical/SingleFileHistoria#install for instructions depending on your browser.
