📦 Install

  1. Download PulseBar-portable-win-x64.zip below (self-contained — no .NET install needed)
  2. Unzip → run PulseBar.exe (no admin rights)
  3. Tray right-click → Codex login / Connect Claude usage

No credential access · loopback-only listeners with DPAPI-protected secrets · no prompt/response collection · zero outbound telemetry · no admin rights, no Explorer injection. Details: docs/security.md

180 automated tests · E2E-verified on Windows 11 + WSL Ubuntu 22.04 (RTX 4080 SUPER, real Claude Code & codex-cli 0.144.4 accounts)
