NetL v1.1.0 — First Public Release

NetL is here. This is the first public release of NetL — desktop software that turns any video file into a virtual camera and microphone, so apps like Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, and Discord can use it as their live input.

What's included

  • Virtual camera + virtual microphone output, native resolution
  • Any video format — .mp4, .mov, .avi, .mkv, .webm
  • Playback controls — play, pause, seek, loop, driving the live output in real time
  • Mute toggle — switch between the video's own audio and your real microphone on the fly

Installation

  1. Download NetL_Setup.exe below.
  2. Run the installer and follow the setup wizard.
  3. Install the one-time OS requirements (OBS Virtual Camera driver + a virtual audio cable — see the How to Use guide).
  4. Launch NetL

System requirements

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • OBS Studio's virtual camera driver (or equivalent) installed
  • A virtual audio cable (e.g. VB-CABLE)
