Added

  • forgelm verify-integrity MODEL_DIR + forgelm.verify_integrity() / VerifyIntegrityResult public API — re-hashes a trained model against its EU AI Act Article 15 model_integrity.json SHA-256 manifest and reports changed/removed/added artifacts (exit 0/1/2, --output-format json). __api_version__ → 1.1.0.
  • Config-driven merge knobs (merge.ties_trim_fraction / dare_drop_rate / dare_seed) and synthetic.sanity_failure_rate.

Removed (deprecated in v0.7.0)

  • evaluation.staging_ttl_days — use canonical retention.staging_ttl_days (the legacy key now raises a validation error).
  • forgelm --data-audit PATH flag — use the forgelm audit PATH subcommand.

Verified: full test suite + 12-way cross-OS install matrix (Linux/macOS/Windows × Python 3.10–3.13).
