Changes:

This release aims to create certain alignment over Public and Private packages along with Basic and Pro offering. In particular:

• Introduces updates to NPM and NodeJS/ReactJS packaging and distribution approach, for instance:
  • Introduces public packaging flavor, hosted in this repo
    • Standardizes NPM package publishing via using NPM Config and Environment variables to define SemVer data (See HolimaX/libhacontimig#47)
    • Standardizes Secret and Credential handling via ReactJS Environment variables to define Runtime capabilities, such as:
      • Move all app-specific variables to Windows-compatible (via cross-env package) npm config and .env files
    • Stashes additional Infrastructure and Ecosystem features via PRs
  • Introduces private packaging flavour, hosted in the related GitHub Organization (https://github.com/Healthdash/CloudDash-Frontend-ReactJS) to:
    • Extend needful codebase to enable all developments (See #35), in particular:
      • i18n and L10n support for ES, RU, EN, LV languages
      • GA4 Support
    • Obfuscate irrelevant and sensitive functionality
