Small follow-up to 1.1.6: fixed the offline-server retry button being stretched to fill half the row instead of sitting at a fixed size next to the remove button.

Follow-up to 1.1.5: the server-availability check now backs off exponentially and gives up after 8 attempts instead of retrying every 200ms forever, and offline server entries get a manual retry button next to the remove button.

Bundled frontend re-synced with the latest Shore: message reactions, a typing-indicator privacy fix (typing metadata is no longer sent to the server at all when typing sharing is off, instead of just being suppressed from other users server-side), and a fix for the server-availability check getting stuck greyed-out after a single failed attempt.
