Pull request overview
Updates the PR template enforcement workflow to avoid auto-closing PRs from trusted contributors while still allowing known release bump tooling to submit condensed PR bodies (particularly for Homebrew core/cask repos).
Changes:
- Exempts PRs opened by trusted/established authors (OWNER/MEMBER/COLLABORATOR/CONTRIBUTOR) from template completeness checks.
- Extends the “recognized bump tool” allowance to include
mislav/bump-homebrew-formula-action.
