• Corrige que el límite de potencia (TDP) no hiciera nada en las handhelds que usan la herramienta de potencia incluida (como la OneXPlayer Apex): al actualizar desde el propio plugin la herramienta perdía el permiso de ejecución, el límite nunca se aplicaba y el chip seguía subiendo a su máximo.

What's new

• Fix the power (TDP) limit doing nothing on handhelds that use the bundled power tool (such as the OneXPlayer Apex): after updating from within the plugin the tool lost its permission to run, so the limit was never applied and the chip kept boosting to its maximum.
