This release fixes all the datastore LRUCaches when they could possibly return OK and nil value. The code will now also skip trying to update virtual if there is no UTXO diff to find for the block. This adds also the consensus syncs back for everything else than GetBlockByTransactonID and ValidateTransactionAndPopulateWithConsensusData.
