This is a release few issues that came out with 1.6.7.

  • Remove code that partially disabled RPC connections from outside network.
  • Reduce GC Churn of UTXOs even more to stabilize windows usage.
  • Fix two places where node could send blocks without PoW hash to alleviate nodes banning each other for sending blocks without PoW hashes.
