Extracts the functionality of updating config files and launching Ashita into a separate executable that can be run as admin. This means the main launcher application can run without admin, which should fix update and shortcut issues. Squirrel really hates being run as admin.

- Fixes the "invisible launcher" bug affecting a tiny number of players. (Thanks especially to Veyron for all the testing!)
- Fixes some issues with the installation of prerequisites needed to play the game, which should cut down on reports of "I hit play and nothing happens".
- The
+and-keys on the numpad can now be used for zooming in and out on the launcher. This is mostly intended to help players with low resolutions like 720p who likely have their install/update/play buttons cut off at the bottom of their screens, making the zooming a bit more intuitive than using the number row.
