11.1.0 Feature + Update

Features

• Expansion of Java Module for Event Bus: Java developers now have the same control over subscribing to the event bus as Kotlin users (albeit worse syntax). This will be reflected in the wiki documentation soon.
• Added TicketEvent.Close interface for closing a ticket with or without a comment.

Changes

• Common Module Event Bus Update: The Common Module Event Bus(in Kotlin) has been updated to rely on Kotlin Reflection instead of Java Reflection in #subscribe().
• Documentation: Cleaned up formatting/language or updated documentation for event bus system.
• Dependency Updates: Coroutines 1.8.0 & Kotlin 1.9.3.

This API will officially release with TM 11.1.0 as testing still needs to be performed on the event bus. However, the API itself is now frozen and function signatures will not be changed.
